They are sure to run this along with Lalor and Never Ordinary taking it up from a few of the first starters. NEVER ORDINARY (2) impressed on debut when only missing by a lip to the promising Rebel Tuesday, who has since run well in the G3 Ottawa Stakes at Flemington. Improvement to come and shouldn't have too much trouble taking care of this small field. LALOR (1) fought hard to hold onto a minor spot on debut last week when well found by the market. Is another with upside but may have to take a considerable leap to threaten the shorty. NEVEU (3) is a Rich Enuff gelding on debut for the O'Connor yard. Has jumped out well in readiness, though does look up against it here. TIKKAMOS (4) also debuts and comes through the same recent trial as Neveu. Hold similar chances. SUGGESTED PLAY: Never Ordinary clearly the one to beat.

Last trial was runner-up in a jump-out at Cranbourne on March 2. Prefer to see how she returns. |
