Finished third at this track and distance at her only appearance last prep 11 months ago. Promising type who makes plenty of appeal while fresh. AIR NIGELLA (8) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1800m at Kyoto Dirt, beaten comfortably. Better than that and can fill a top three spot. BERANGERE (2) returned from a spell three weeks ago when she was beaten 5 lengths into ninth over 1200m at Kokura. Likely improver worth throwing in the exotic bets.
