From the outside draw Coco Jewel spears to the lead and sets a slick tempo. Tough. ANDROS (2) delivered his Maiden over this trip at Lismore off an improved effort here in a strong form race. Races forward and winning form is good form in this contest. Gets his chance to repeat the dose. NEOCLASSICISM (6) was outgraded at the Gold Coast last time but did a good job there the one before from a wide gate. Has a key gear switch and on a 7-day return. He can feature in this lineup. MAGADAN (4) found Ipswich too tough but had been within range twice at Gatton prior. Has a handy 2kg claim and is a chance. SHILLONG (13) comes back 640m on a 9-day backup. HIs form before the latest was solid enough for this and he can't be ruled out. KNEZE (1) needed the first-up outing. He may need one more but is much better suited over this longer distance and has a handy gate and a 3kg claim. Keep an eye on the betting. SUGGESTED PLAY: Andros with the winning form.
