Genuine tempo from Purosangue leading Six Of Wands. PUROSANGUE (4) is a leader who delivered a 55 at Kilcoy by almost 6L over 1200m and then found one better there backed off the map. Has a handy 2kg claim and can control the race again. He can bounce back for the sharp Currie yard. KRUMAC (11) ran a nice race when fresh beaten only 0.6 lengths over 1100m at Gatton. He is still well shy of his best and the longer sprint suits. Will come hard. TOKYO BANDIT (5) was much improved winning a CL2 here first-up over 1300m and then was outgraded over 1600m at Doomben. Will go a lot better back to this distance and should enjoy a soft run from the inside barrier. RUBAAHY (12) hit the line well winning a 55 this track/trip. Presents on a 7-day return and won't have to improve much to get some of the money. SIX OF WANDS (2) has been freshened and races well here. He will be around the mark. SUGGESTED PLAY: Going with Purosangue.
