Genuine tempo from Lord Ley Line leading Espoir Guy. LORD LEY LINE (7) improved sharply on his eighth two starts back at this track with a win as favourite over 1600m at this track two weeks ago, getting home by 2.5 lengths after being in contention on the bend. Facing a tougher assignment but he is good enough to figure in the finish. GOODWOOD GUY (6) has been racing well without winning. Last start finished third, beaten 2.5 lengths, over 1600m at this track. Genuine performer so he is expected to be in the finish. NIXON TESORO (8) is a distance specialist who finished seventh two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1400m at this track, beaten only 1.3 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is right in contention. BARI CHULO (2) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1600m at this track, beaten 2.5 lengths. This looks a good race for him and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways.
