Not a great deal of pressure likely in the small field, with So Superior a potential leader. ARTIE STEAMER (1) worked hard from the sticky draw and showed a ton of grit in the straight with a fighting second over 1500m at Newcastle. Well drawn today and expected to get off the mark. LEGO MASTER (2) at his peak for this and jumps in class after being run down late with a tough second over 1500m at Goulburn. Key jockey change and shapes as the main danger. DISGRUNTLED (4) two career runs on the country tracks have been okay and expect to see her a little closer here. Sure to be doing her best work late. SO SUPERIOR (8) resumes. Went hard early and folded up in the straight when fourth over 2000m at Canberra. Ran second in a recent trial over 1200m at Warwick Farm. Slim place contender. SUGGESTED PLAY: Artie Steamer and Lego Master will fight it out.
