Genuine tempo with Esca Tiae to lead but under plenty of pressure in a keen early contest. KETEN DREAM (7) has scored at her last two starts, most recently by a big margin over 1400m at this track as favourite. That continued the very strong form this campaign, with two wins from three runs. Leading player again. ESCA TIAE (6) turned in a strong run two starts ago at Urawa then failed to back it up over 1700m at Funabashi last time finishing sixth. Looks better placed over this shorter trip so is expected to be in the finish. NISHINO CASHMERE (8) held on well to finish second last time out over 1500m at Kawasaki after leading for much of the way. Will give a bold sight again. MILLE NUITS (1) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1500m at Kanazawa, beaten 2.75 lengths. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
