Plenty of first starters engaged which makes it tricky to map, but we can assume a keen tempo. HARD ROCK CAFE (9) ran on too late when making his debut here 3 weeks ago, finishing runner-up. He is bred to improve with time and won't be in this grade for long. BRADY (2) has yet to live up to his good trial form, but he has Bruno Queiroz in the saddle this time and is ready to put his best hoof forward. SOARING PENGSHAN (1) battled on gamely for sixth in his first run since arriving back from Hong Kong. He strips fitter, so include in all bets. MERRILEGS (10) is on debut with the aid of a 2kg claim. The market will be the best guide in a field that lacks any depth of form. SUGGESTED PLAY: Hard Rock Cafe is the one to beat.
