Shonan Last Boss and Taurus Shine can be prominent. MAC AN LUIN (2) was in great form at the end of the last campaign with back-to-back wins, the latest over 1200m at Fukushima ten weeks ago. Should enjoy a good run just off the speed. Leading contender. ROUGE LANAKILA (6) is a promising galloper who saluted at her last run before a break nine weeks ago over 1200m at Hakodate. Has a very strong record first-up including two wins. Likely to feature. TAURUS SHINE (3) is back after a break of six months. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 1200m at this track. Sure to make his presence felt. JUHANNUS (10) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1200m at Chukyo, beaten 7 lengths. Fitter so expect a better run this time.
