KIND WISH (2) returned to the winners' stall over this course and distance at the latest effort and will have derived a stack of confidence from that overdue victory. Drawn to get all the favours from the inside alley and Dempsey sticks in the saddle. Hard to toss again. PICKAXE (6) has been thereabouts in recent outings and will be ready to peak now third-up from the spell. Looms as the main danger. SON OF BEEBEE (3) has hit the top-five in 12 of his past 13 starts and rarely puts in a poor one. Top-three contender. BOKUDEN (7) goes well for hoop Philpot who has a win and two placings from just four steers. Again gets the benefit of her 1.5kg claim and has to be included. SUGGESTED PLAY: Kind Wish to win again.
