COIN (3) showed good early dash last time out and led for most of the way before being claimed and finishing one length away in second over 1400m at this track. Well-placed and will take catching. COOL CRAVATE (9) was well in commission last time but ran below expectations when fourth and beaten 6 lengths over 1750m at this track. Isao Yamaguchi has been in the money at all four rides, but is yet to win. Sure to run well. SMILE FOREST (2) showed good early muster and fought on to finish third when resuming last start over 1400m at this track. Drawn to take a nice trail just off the speed. Likely improver with strong prospects. KEY NICE (8) proved too strong two runs ago but was less impressive last time out when seventh over 1300m at this track, beaten 5 lengths. Nicely placed to play a leading role.
