Slick tempo with Win Summer Snow to lead but under plenty of pressure in a keen early contest. PISTOL STAR (12) ran below expectations last time after being in the firing line on the corner at this track, finishing fifth and beaten 9 lengths starting at $4.60. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. WIN SUMMER SNOW (14) is a talented galloper who is unbeaten in three runs this time in, the latest at Ohi over 1400m. Far too good last start and expected to be in the finish again. JUN LA TOUR (2) hit the frame when resuming two runs back at this track but couldn't back it up last start when sixth, beaten 4 lengths, over 1700m at this track. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. JO DOLIUM (13) was too good for a maiden field last start over 1700m at this track, scoring by 1.75 lengths. Re-unites with Yuji Tannai who was on board last start. Harder task ahead this time but can measure up.
