From wide out Chiaramente can slide over and set up a genuine tempo. CHIARAMENTE (11) went forward when resuming last start over 1800m at Fukushima and held on well for third, beaten 1.5 lengths. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot salute. STARRY NIGHT (14) remains a maiden after four runs. Had plenty of admirers last time but could only manage to finish fifth over 1200m at Niigata. This looks a nice race so expect her to be right in the finish. STUMPY (9) turned in a handy position before finishing third last start over 1600m at Niigata, beaten 1.5 lengths when fresh from a spell. In a suitable race and can go on to take this out. NOBLE LINER (7) disappointed last time despite good support when sixth over 1200m at Fukushima. Has his share of ability and can do a lot better.
