JUDE CHALLIES PROPERTY BROKERS WOODVILLE TARARUA STEEPLECHASE 4800m

Track: HEAVY 10     True

WEST COAST (1) is a champion steeplechaser who has not been as dominant this year as he has been in times gone by. He had a rocky run and chanced some fences at Riccarton in the Grand National steeplechase nearly a month ago, but looks to have his best chance to win again in a small field like this. On top. PRINCE TURBO (2) has needed all of his starts back from a spell. The small field will also suit him, and he is now ready to put his best hoof forward here. WHISKEY TANGO (4) has let the team down so far in a couple of runs since returning from Australia. He should be peaking again and is worth another chance. JAKAMA KRYSTAL (3) failed to finish here 3 weeks ago, but had an excuse. She has won twice on the track, and she can make amends. IZYMYDAAD (5) ran a bottler for third here in his penultimate start, before failing to finish at Te Aroha last week. Stick with him in this. Each way. SUGGESTED PLAY: West Coast to take it out, with Prince Turbo as the main threat.
