Adroit Insurance BM62 Handicap 2400m

Track: Soft 6   Rain (Max: 18)   Rail: Out 9m Entire Circuit.

Moderate pace with Thurmond rolling to the lead and setting the tempo. FOIRE DE TRONE (6) has been well found by the market at her past couple and wasn’t far from making it two straight last time. Fourth-up now, she’s nearing her peak and looks a strong threat despite tackling this distance for the first time. UNTETHERED (1) doesn’t win out of turn but is as genuine as they come, rarely putting in a bad one. Proven at this trip with an unblemished record in the placings and aided by a 3kg claim, he looks set to give another bold sight. THURMOND (3) has struck form nicely with back-to-back wins and is still on the up. With Meech sticking, he’ll take catching if allowed to roll along. REZONE (2) has been plain since resuming but is fitter now and his best form from last prep reads well. Capable of surprising if he finds that spark again. SUGGESTED PLAY: Foire De Trone to win.
