GO GO TAKASHI (1) debuted with a win two runs ago. Less impressive last time out when second over 1800m at Sapporo, beaten 7 lengths after being in contention on the turn. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time. MALTY FLAVOR (9) recorded a strong maiden win over 2000m at Chukyo last time, getting there by 1.75 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Should be in the finish again. JET MAGNUM (2) scored two back at Fukushima but was below his best last time when seventh over 1800m at Sapporo. Expect a better run this time.
