Jumping from the inside gate should be returning to form. ON BOARD (3) ran a good race when finishing second of 10 over 1000m on this course last time when resuming from a spell. She will strip a much fitter today and is one of the leading contenders. VERONIQUE (4) has not finished too far off the winner in recent outings. She has won once, finished second once and third once from four starts over this course and distance. Grant van Niekerk retains the ride which is encouraging ad should be returning to form. ROYAL LYTHAM (2) scored two runs back then was well supported last time but could only manage to finish 13th over the same trip at Kenilworth. Jumping from a inside gate and has place prospects.
