Genuine tempo from Happy Hunk leading Go Hero. CHARMANDER (6) ran over the top to score impressively as favourite over 1400m first-up and steps out to the mile second-up. He was good over this course and distance at the end of last campaign and he draws better today with Purton remaining in the saddle. Ticks plenty of boxes and can repeat the dose. INVINCIBLE MISSILE (3) was only 1L away last start in a blanket finish, sticking on well at Happy Valley 17 days ago. The form out of that race has already stacked up and he was at the pointy end of the market there. Hasn't won for a while, though finds a suitable race today and won't be far away. CASA LEGEND (8) closed off well last start after being slowly away over this track and trip 20 days ago. He draws to hold a closer position today and he'll be fitter for the first-up effort. Can make his presence felt. GO HERO (7) is best of the rest.
