Hot early pace is on the cards with Eiffel Tower, House Of Romanov and Willow Express matching motors. EIFFEL TOWER (1) was well found in the markets when showing signs of a form return in his last start over this distance on the Vaal Classic course. He has not missed a cheque in 2 starts here and will notice the drop in class. It is encouraging that Muzi Yeni sticks with the ride. Hard to beat in this company. WILLOW EXPRESS (3) ran on powerfully when winning his last start over this distance on the Vaal Classic course. Two of his six career victories have come on this course. Piere Strydom takes the ride and the pair merit healthy respect. CARE TAKER (4) carried a fair share of betting support when winning his last start over 1450m on the Vaal Classic course. He gets the services of 2.5kgs claiming apprentice Nirvan Nastili which will assist his cause. With luck in running, he can double the dose. BACCHUS (9) was an easy winner when shedding his maiden tag at the second time of asking. He raced from a handy position and won with plenty in hand. He has the scope to win again.
