OMEGA GUINESS (2) returns from a 16-week spell. Opened last prep with a one-length second in the Grade 2 Tokai Stakes over 1800m at Kyoto Dirt. Classy entire who is the one to beat based on that performance. HAPI (15) last appeared when a closing fourth in the Grade 3 Procyon Stakes over 1700m at Kokura Dirt on 7 July. Excellent fresh performer who saves his best for this track. Definite threat. HAGINO ALEGRIAS (1) is back from a 19-week spell. Filled a minor placing at this level last prep. Gets a nice run from gate one so do not underestimate. LOCO POR TI (4) is on trial at this level. Back from a spell but progressed nicely last prep and is not out of place in this company.
