Pace should be on from the outset with Ecoro Azel, Earth Muse and Sky Blue going hard, closely attended by American Bikini. AMERICAN BIKINI (1) is a promising filly yet to miss the frame after two starts, including a win. Has not been produced since she scored over 1000m at Kokura Dirt on July 13. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Will play a major role. ECORO AZEL (2) impressed when successful on debut over 1200m at Niigata Dirt nine weeks ago and has not appeared since. Will come on following that run and looks tough to hold out again. CLAY KING (5) impressed when successful on debut over 1400m at Tokyo Dirt three-and-a-half months ago and has not been produced since. Likely improver with bright prospects again. SOLOMON (9) proved too strong two runs ago but couldn't follow that up last time out when fourth over 1500m at Sapporo, beaten 6 lengths. Finds a suitable race and can run a bold race.
