Plenty of pace evident with Madame Luce and Danon Rainier leading the way from Viorna and Perdrix. DANON RAINIER (11) went fast early and went on to score by 3 lengths last time out over 1300m at this track. Should be close to the speed despite the draw. Well placed and can salute again. HOHEIT (9) has missed the frame at his last couple of outings, the latest when tenth over 1600m at Niigata. Has struggled on the JRA circuit recently but is better placed here. KURINO LARIMAR (3) was never in contention when 13th over 1800m at Chukyo Dirt last start. Well placed in easier and can give this a shake. VIORNA (5) registered a strong win two runs ago then turned in a decent effort last time out when second over 1400m at this track. Definite threat in this line-up.
