Expecting a strong gallop with Humour Me and Terminus taking up the running over Early Fusion. EARLY FUSION (1) overcame a slipped saddle to lead all the way and score by well over a length at Yeppoon last time out over 1400m. The drop in distance is of some concern but he does have natural speed and is likely to sit handy to the pace, He is in a good space and can double the dose. HUMOUR ME (6) is a very promising mare who has only been lightly tried for a 5-year-old mare. She won here fresh up before being run down late for second on this track 11 days ago over 1200m. This trip suits her and she will be hard to beat again, especially with Ryan Wiggins back in the saddle. TOTO (2) needed his fresh-up run at Home Hill and though beaten he was not that far from the winner that day. He has a good record second up and can improve quickly. Each way value. LAMENTUM (10) capped off some improving form with a big 6-length maiden victory at Yeppoon 18 days ago. Now that the penny has dropped, he should go right on with the job. SUGGESTED PLAY: Lamentum each way.
