GIMMIE'S COUNTESS (5) is better than her last start run would suggest as the jockey reported something to be amiss in the running. She returns from a 12-week spell which would have done her the world of good. She has plenty of class and should be the one to beat. DIXIELAND BAND (6) followed up her maiden victory with a good second-place finish in a Listed event last start. Looks well-placed to go one better. PRINCESS IZZY (4) is overdue for a win with two recent placings, the latest when finishing second of eight over 1400m at Kenilworth and is down in the weights this time. Has the speed to be prominent and is sure to be in the finish. SUMMER LILY (1) is back from a spell. Raced below par at her only appearance last prep when fifth over 1400m at Kenilworth. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position and has place prospects.
