SOUTHERN SKIES (3) was well supported when resuming last time out over 1250m at this track and proved too strong, scoring by a head. Open to plenty of improvement and is well worth considering. KYALAMI GIRL (8) finished third last start at the first run back from a spell over 1250m at this track, beaten a neck. Should take a lot from that hit-out. In the right race and is one of the leading chances.
