Plenty of pressure on from the outset with some speedy types engaged in the good-sized field. APACHE SON (10) has been a good winner of his last two starts after being gelded. He ran on strongly over 1800m on this course last time and won easier than the official margin suggests. The drop to a mile is a slight concern, but he is in a good space and has the ability to bring up the hat-trick. GREETING MY MASTER (1) won a good race here over this trip last time out. He set the pace that day and found extra where it mattered most. He will be hard to peg back again. ATARIME (7) is a winner of his last two starts. It must be noted that the horse that finished third in his last outing has come out and won since. He is having his peak run and has to be respected again. KING'S EXPRESS (6) was an easy winner of his last start over 1800m on this course. He does have a wide draw to overcome but gets the services of Piere Strydom who will give him all the necessary assistance from the saddle. Each way value.
