DERMA VODKA (6) was in the firing line all the way and fought on for second last start over 1500m at this track, making it three minor placings in a row. Should park just off the speed. Finds a tougher race but another big run will not surprise. DAYDREAM BEACH (9) raced on the pace last start and lifted strongly to hold second, beaten half a length, over today's journey at this track. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. HELLO CANDY (3) could only manage 13th two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1400m at this track, beaten only one length. Likely improver with strong prospects. ILLUSIONIST (4) turned in a much better effort last time out to score by a head over 1500m at this track. Well placed to feature in the finish again.
