Looked close to a win before that break, finishing off with a minor placing over 1800m at Hanshin. Good effort to launch last prep when in the money at Hanshin over 1800m. Looks the one to beat. JUSTIN DICE (18) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 2400m at this track, beaten 6 lengths. Fitter this time. Hard to beat in this suitable race. ALANA KOA (15) was doing his best work late last start to get up for third over 2400m here. Key runner who can get home hard into the finish. CHALDEA (14) could only manage to finish fourth, beaten 2 lengths, at his latest appearance over 2000m at this circuit. Finds the right race and is worth some consideration.
