Solid tempo with Xtra Rush, Diamanda and Ruada the ones to roll forward. XTRA RUSH (2) spaced the Cranbourne Maidens on debut over a mile and then won a 64 at Sale over 1700m. She was backed off the map, and the in-form Brown stays in the saddle. He's progressive and ready for the middle distance. Races forward and the hat-trick beckons. HARSH (7) is in the premier stable and was last seen 20 days ago narrowly beaten this trip in Adelaide in a 64. The inside barrier needs managing, but she hits this at peak and is ready to win. ANOTHER NEPHEW (4) has a tough run at Seymour but posted a good number narrowly beaten at Sale prior over 1740m. The blinkers come off, and the longer journey suits. MAXXI BON (3) didn't manage a wide gate in the Xtra Rush race at Sale, but he brought strong form to that. Has a handier gate today and can't be ruled out. SUGGESTED PLAY: Xtra Rush to go on with the job.
