Will have taken a lot from that outing and Marshall stays in the stirrups. Looms as one of the hardest to toss again. PROMINENT LAD (2) is first-up here but trust that Vandyke has him up to the mark. Definite top-three commodity while fresh. Former Victorian GAMBINO (1) is having his first run for the new stable but is drawn to get all the favours from the inside alley and should find this easier than what he faced down south. Respect any market confidence. ORIENTE (3) got up to Group 2 level when last in work and has a solid first-up record. Can play a role in the outcome. RICKYTHESTEAMBOAT (5) next best with the 3kg claim from the low draw. SUGGESTED PLAY: Smart Shazza to win again.
