Very strong early tempo primarily from Aspenado and Dubai Moon over Speranzoso and Edzel. Tricky race. LODBROK (4) resumed with a close-up fifth at Geelong over 1500m and should improve up in trip. He's got a bit of upside. DICTIONARY (2) is coming off a heavy-track win at Sale and is in the mix. ASPENADO (11) raced on the pace but was collared late to finish third last time out over this course and distance. Should go forward again and shouldn't be far away. ROGUERY (1) was below his best last time, finishing 12th over 2000m at Flemington. Better than the last start suggests and races well here. SUGGESTED PLAY: Leaning to Lodbrok.
