Good tempo on the cards with Fitzgibbon and Ogatan expected to be leading the way. NORWEGIAN SPIRIT (4) returned from a break with a pleasing first-up run at Swan Hill where his best work was late. Will be improved by the outing and must be given plenty of thought. CLUX STAR (9) has been kept fresh since a solid debut when fourth here last month. Should be further improved and keep in mind. TRAPEZIUM (13) was never a factor on debut but is sure to be improved by the experience. Has to be kept in mind. TRANSLUCENTY ANGEL (8) made some nice ground when resuming at Swan Hill during the Carnival and with added fitness has to be respected. SUGGESTED PLAY: Back Norwegian Spirit and Clux Star to win.
