Not much early pressure but King Nic, The Bentley and Incantress can take up forward spots. Just six runners but all have genuine prospects. Pre-post favourite KING NIC (1) did his best work late to get up for second when resuming in a 1210m Moruya maiden nineteen days ago. Lightly raced four-year-old who is up in grade but gets a race to suit. MISS PEONY (6) did a good job on debut at Kembla two back then can be forgiven a heavy track failure at Newcastle most recently. Nicely in with the claim and it will be no surprise to see her open the account. THE BENTLEY (2) returns from a 250-day spell. Generally needs a run to find form but in a moderate affair he is a definite contender. INCANTRESS (4) has been thereabouts of late and should be competitive again. ELITE DELIGHT (3) and WINNING RULET (8) were both safely held in their first-up runs but can do a lot better with added fitness. SUGGESTED PLAY: Hard little race - leaning to King Nic.
