Plenty of first starters engaged which makes for a tricky map. It is reasonable to assume a slick tempo over this sprint course. CHAMPAGNE EFFORT (6) has returned this campaign in excellent order, placing on both occasions. Will be further improved by those outings and looks ready to win here. Won't be far away. MEGAFLASH (2) led them up at Echuca last time before fading late. Is on the quick back-up but will be all the better for the run. Has to be respected. THREE MUSKETEERS (4) is a son of Pride Of Dubai that is trained locally by Alan Dale. Won a trial here on June 3 and it will pay to follow any market moves. DO IT NOW (7) is a filly by Bel Esprit on debut for Luke Oliver. Has shown promise in her jump-outs and cannot be dismissed. SUGGESTED PLAY: Back Champagne Effort, but keep a watch on any market support with the first starters.
