KASENO MIO (13) made a strong late bid only to just miss when fresh from a spell last start over 1400m at Kyoto Dirt. Will strip a lot fitter this time around. Hard to beat in this suitable race. LUCKS AT THERE (3) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1400m at this track, beaten 5.5 lengths. Nicely placed to take this out. RIVER TRUE (16) finished eighth at this venue over this distance last time out. Form over this journey is strong, boasting two wins from four starts and has solid claims. PLAVI (5) did a great job to score by 1.5 lengths over this course and distance last start in a far better run. Finds a tougher race but another big run will not surprise.
