HEROIC REBEL (3) defied market expectations with a solid third at Eagle Farm last time out and should find this assignment a touch easier. Rates the testing material against this line-up. BUSKER (2) has been well in the betting in both runs this preparation and where there's smoke there's fire. Expect a much improved showing. PILASSO (10) disappointed at Wyong on debut before being tipped out for further time to furnish. Revved up for this with a recent Rosehill trial placing and any market support must be noted. BEFORE THE THUNDER (1) will be at peak fitness now fourth-up from the spell and may earn some minor money. INSIDE PASSAGE (13) best of the rest on the back of a close-up second over this track and trip at the latest effort. SUGGESTED PLAY: Heroic Rebel to shed the maiden tag.
