Expecting Uranus Ring to take up the lead at a genuine tempo. FULL VOGUE (1) sets the standard off a determined 1200m win at Mombetsu, where he gave away a start and still beat Seiran Kurofune by just under a length. The rise to 1800m is the obvious query, but his recent form is the strongest in the race. URANUS RING (8) is harder to line up after dropping out at Niigata when well found in betting, yet her debut fifth behind Zihuatanejo was sound enough to keep her prominent back in this grade. PARIKOTOPANANA (11) brings the most reliable local staying-style form, having placed over 1500m and 1600m at her past two, though she was beaten as a leading market chance last time. REVE DE LUNE (7) arrives off plain Chukyo form, but the class drop gives her a more realistic platform. Full Vogue is the one to beat, with Uranus Ring and Parikotopanana the main threats.

The sharp rise to 1800m is the question, but his track record and closing style give him a genuine winning platform. |

Still a maiden after seven starts, but the latest effort gives him a place angle if he builds again. |
