Full Of Knowledge is expected to lead at a slick tempo. Tricky race where the majority of chances have to be forgiven. ASSISI (11) made her debut in the Merson Cooper Stakes at last year's spring carnival and wasn't disgraced, finishing midfield. Back into work in the autumn but didn't race, and finally returns now. They've been very patient but after two recent trials looks set for a bright return. One of the most interesting runners of the day is the Hayes-trained HE'S A DANDY (2). A three-start maiden from Hong Kong making Australian debut as a gelding. Trialling well and watch for a strong push. MAYNARD (3) has shown ability and can feature here fresh. CHASING ATLANTIS (7) made debut this course and distance over the winter but bombed the start. Given time and can improve sharply. EXPLOSIVE MAGIC (12) is fitter for one run back but over much further. Career best run of the four starts was this course and distance. SUGGESTED PLAY: Assisi fresh.
