Photosphere can work over from a wide gate to lead. LIBERTY FLAME (11) sets the standard after a dominant last-start win at Kochi, where he was heavily supported into very short odds-on territory and beat Darmstadt by six lengths. His overall profile this season is strong, and the only small reservation is that he is yet to win from four attempts at this track and distance despite placing twice. PHOTOSPHERE (10) is the obvious danger, coming off a five-length win as a dominant favourite and bringing a perfect five-start track record for the quinella. ADLER (4) adds seasoned quality, returning from a two-month freshening after winning a 3yo+ C1 here and boasting an excellent track-and-distance record. BIG SHOW TIME (3) is more a place-based danger than a clear top pick, but his recent third behind Kaiser Blitz and previous C1 effort give him claims if the main chances do not reproduce their latest figures.
