BEST GREEN (7) gets top billing on the strength of a two-length Mombetsu win as odds-on favourite and a faultless three-from-three record at this track and distance. His Urawa run two back was plain, but the return to 1200m at Mombetsu produced the right response and his overall six wins from nine starts is hard to ignore. STREAM (4) is the clear danger, having won his past two here and owning five wins and five placings from 14 starts over this track and distance; the two-month break is the only small pause. KEIAI DORIE (2) brings a different profile, rebounding from a G3 failure at Chukyo Dirt to win a 3yo+ A1 here from Boiler House, and his two-from-two Mombetsu record keeps him right in the race. STEEL PEGASUS (5) has been around the mark behind both Keiai Dorie and Stream, but as beaten favourite last start he needs to find another length to turn placings into a win.
