PRIDE OF SAVABELLA (1) sets the standard after going under by just over half a length in a Benchmark 60 at Emerald, with the late hold-up giving that run extra merit. He is third-up, draws kindly, and has already placed at the track, though the 1630m remains the question. PANDA DRUM (9) has the profile to rebound: he was tightened last start, drops from 62kg to 57.5kg and is a proven Emerald track-and-trip winner. MASALI RAFFA (7) was plain at Mackay, but his Dingo third was competitive and his two Emerald placings keep him in the winning discussion if he handles the rise in distance. I WANT IT ALL (8) brings the most progressive recent form, having won a Maiden before a Benchmark 60 second at Mackay. She is back from 1800m and looks a genuine danger, particularly if she repeats that latest finishing effort. SUGGESTED PLAY: Pride Of Savabella to win.
