UNTETHERED SOUL (9) ran a good race on debut to finish fourth last start at Kilmore over 1450m, beaten 5 lengths. This looks easier and she'll take natural improvement. Go close. LEFT ON READ (4) has been freshened up since finishing seventh over 1418m at Werribee last start. Capable of a lot more and can take catching. MIDNIGHT EAGLE (7) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 1.5 lengths away in fifth last time out over 1400m at Albury. Can go on with it now. JIRACHI (3) is ticking along okay with two runs this time in. Improved last time out when fourth, beaten 1.4 lengths, at Albury over 1400m. Should be finding the line. DANDYNOMITE (1) comes a fair way back in trip but is lightly raced and could surprise. SUGGESTED PLAY: Untethered Soul to win.
