LETHAL LION (1) faded late last time over 1000m at Albury after showing good early speed, eventually finishing fourth. This level suits and with even luck from the wide gate he'll go close. CAPITAL DESIGN (3) was in the money two starts back at Albury but was unable to repeat the effort last time when sixth, beaten 6 lengths, at Yarra Valley over 1009m. He looks better placed now. THE SOLICITOR (5) ended up 6 lengths behind the winner in eighth on debut last start over 1009m at Yarra Valley. Open to plenty of improvement and can figure. PRANDIUM TEMPUS (2) returns after 11 weeks in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a seventh over 1100m at Wangaratta. Maps well and can run a good race. SUGGESTED PLAY: Lethal Lion to win.
