Plenty of pressure with Lasting Snow, Rose Charis and Funny Bunny leading the charge. Not the strongest Grade 2 race. SAINT ANTOINE (17) missed the frame when resuming last start over 1600m in the Gr 3 Fairy Stakes at Nakayama but wasn't all that far from the winner. Won at her only try second-up. Lightly raced filly who is well-placed to turn things around. SHONAN CHARIS (4) returns after a spell of 12 weeks. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 1400m at Kyoto in the Gr 3 Fantasy Stakes. Good fresh performer who will take some beating. T M STEEL (5) found the line nicely to grab third last time out over 1400m at Listed level at Kyoto. Stiffer assignment here but she should be involved in the finish. DEA VELOCE (13) ran fifth at her latest appearance over 1600m at Kyoto, clocking in 3.5 lengths from the winner at Listed level. Strong top-three chance.
