Expecting Bokushi to be prominent but one or more of the unraced runners should add to the early pressure. BOKUSHI (6) won his last trial prior to finishing third on debut at Otaki nearly 4 weeks ago, when kicking on strongly after setting the pace. Stick with him. THE BLACK PRINCE (2) is another well-performing triallist who produced a game effort on debut when finishing third at Whanganui nearly 7 weeks ago. He will relish a wet track and won't be in this class for much longer. NO MORE PENNIES (3) resumes from a spell that would have done him the world of good. He has been given plenty of time to mature, and he did win his most recent trial in December. Check the market moves. FAIR ENOUGH (4) won the latest of 2 trials, and if this trip is not already to short for him, he is well worth including in all top 4 combos. SUGGESTED PLAY: Bokushi can win in a very even field.
