Anticipating good pressure with many of these at the races for the first time. MEDICINAL (2) clearly on top. She stuck on well behind subsequent Blue Diamond winner Streisand on debut, going right on with it at Ballarat last time, up on speed there and ripping home in some big late splits to win by 3.5 lengths. Jamie should keep her out of trouble and use her turn of foot to effect out wide. REBEL TUESDAY (1) comes over from Adelaide having won two on the bounce at short odds. This is tougher but she can measure up. SIMPLY STEFFI (3) was solid in the Merson Cooper on debut and resumed with an easy maiden win at Cranbourne. She can go on with it now. BETTER OFF ALONE (5) resumes having struggled on debut in the G3 Gimcrack. She's won a trial leading in and could do much better. SCINTILLATION (4) was well backed on debut at Gosford and won okay. She could go on with it. SUGGESTED PLAY: Medicinal to win.
