Go Left, Stage 'N' Screen and Sophia's Magic can set a strong tempo. Handy race with a few capable types. CHEWING GUM (9) fits that mould. She hasn't won this time in but has been in the placings each time, behind some smart types. The market backed her heavily last time into $1.65 and she can repay the faith with even luck. STAGE 'N' SCREEN (5) resumes. She was last seen starting $5 in a 3yo city race at Caulfield. She's right up to these and can roll forward having won her only go around here. ALTERMATUM (10) has been very good in two runs back and won't need to improve much third up to be breaking through. She'll likely get back but the pace should be strong enough and the big track suits. REINA ISABELLA (13) resumes. She didn't manage a win last time in but was around the mark in decent company and the stable are very good fresh. SUGGESTED PLAY: Leaning to Chewing Gum.
