Solid pace with Happy Angel finding the front but it won't be a picnic with a few other speedy types engaged. VOGEL (9) was well fancied when resuming last start and proved too strong, scoring by a neck over 1200m at Hanshin. Unbeaten at this journey and happy to have him on top. HAPPY ANGEL (3) finished midfield when resuming from a break last time out over 1600m in the G3 Artemis Stakes at Tokyo when in the market. Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Big threat in this easier race. TAMAMO ICARUS (1) is a speedy colt who was a winner first up at Fukushima five weeks ago. Should camp just off the leaders. Winning claims on that latest effort. CORAL REEF (4) ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 1200m at Fukushima after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Capable of another big run.
