Not much early pressure but Ohh Errol, Still Unwanted and Gas Brigade can take up forward spots. AMELIORATION (2) wound up strongly to miss a half length over 1660m at Doomben. The extra metres are sure to suit and the improving mare can go one better. GAS BRIGADE (3) comes out of the same race and looked a run short. The last time he contested this trip he was beaten a nose at Eagle Farm. That's good form. SHIP HAPPENS (4) has been threatening and did a big job here last start beaten less than 2L from the back. He's capable of settling closer and can't be ruled out. KEY COMPONENT (6) finished alongside the above in that contest and didn't have the best of it as well. Gets in well with a 2kg claimer booked and is in the mix. SUGGESTED PLAY: Amelioration appeals most.
