Gracie's Rain should lead at a slick tempo. GRACIE'S RAIN (1) looks well placed here in a fairly winnable race. The fresh win at Caulfield was good when proving too slick, okay last time on a tough Ballarat track but not giving in late when fourth. Better ground here and a track that should suit her pattern can see her bounce back to winning ways. DOLLAR SHOT (3) won two in a row prior to last time, getting into a tricky spot at Ballarat last time in the same race Gracie's Rain comes through. She can land in a good spot now and run a better race. PARADISE CITY (4) resumes. She goes well fresh and the third placing to Sun Setting first up last time in is solid form for this. Respecting. ILLYIVY (6) resumes. She can mix her form but has a few runs that read well. Her best efforts have come in fast run races where she can get over the top late. FLYER (2) has the ability on her day but needs to find it now. SUGGESTED PLAY: Gracie's Rain to win.
